    REVIEW TO WIN ENTRY PENDING MODERATION Do not go to this salon. I have NEVER had such a bad experience with my hair before this. I asked for a full-head of highlights. It's a simple thing - I have it done often. It took a long time. Then, they applied a toner that turned my hair a DULL-GREEN colour! And the stylist got nervous, but told me it was ok! IT WAS TERRIBLE. I was so incredibly upset BUT - I remained calm, explained sweetly that it wasn't quite what I was expecting. They washed my hair several times to remove the toner which lessened the problem (admittedly the highlights were done proficiently - just very slowly). Anyway, I was then very much made to feel that the stress and complaining (very nicely and relaxedly I may add) was my problem, and that they were just wanting me happy before I left. It took ALL DAY (I missed another appointment) and then she charged me $300!!!! I was so very upset but I didn't complain further because I just wanted to get out of there! They damaged my hair and I had to pay $300. I want my money back! The worst hair experience I have ever had. Terrible. I really pity and want to warn other customers who might go here and then walk out with sub-par hair, being told it is ok. My hair looked terrible - why should I pay to have my hair damaged and made to look worse?! There is a subtlety to blonde highlights and colouring, and if they can't do it, they shouldn't charge premium prices. If you want crazy colours, go to this salon, but if you want simple, subtle, professional finish, save your money and go elsewhere.

    Best Hair cut and color in Sydney. Lilly is so dedicated and spends a huge amount of time getting it just how you like it. Her creativity is second to none. The Salon is welcoming and the other girls are lovely. So do yourself a favor and book an appointment today with Lilly for the most amazing and awesome cut and color you will ever have. Be prepared for a wonderful experience :)
